An inaugural Maverick, Kim Brown found her way to Melbourne after stints with the Fever and Firebirds.

A Townsville native, Kim made the move to Brisbane to play for the Queensland Firebirds where she debuted in 2017. After six years with the Firebirds, she went west for a season with Fever.

Earning her 100th game accolade with the Mavs in 2025, Kim has well and truly made her mark as a trailblazer, leading the squad as a key defender.
Kim has also been part of three Australian Fast Five teams, earning the privilege of wearing the green and gold dress.  The Aussies took out the Fast Five championship in both 2022 and 2024.

Outside of netball, Kim has studied a Bachelor of Health, Sport and Physical Education.
