The Melbourne Mavericks are pleased to announce a new partnership with Klein Tools, with the global hand‑tool manufacturer committing to the club for the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
The partnership will see Klein Tools activate across game day and fan engagement opportunities, beginning in 2026 with a court decal presence, before expanding in 2027 to include branding on the Mavs’ playing dress, alongside continued game day activations.
Klein Tools’ partnership with the Mavs is built around a shared focus on performance, preparation and opportunity. As a brand that equips professionals with tools to perform at the highest level, Klein Tools supports the Mavs’ mission of giving athletes the tools they need to exceed on and off the court.
The partnership will also play a role in encouraging more girls to consider careers in the trades, particularly as electricians, aligning with Klein Tools’ long‑standing connection to the electrical industry and its commitment to supporting future generations entering the workforce.
Mavs’ General Manager, Shae Bolton‑Brown, said the partnership represents a strong alignment of values.
“We’re excited to welcome Klein Tools to the Melbourne Mavericks family for the 2026 and 2027 seasons,” Bolton‑Brown said. “Klein Tools has a proud history of supporting people who take pride in their craft, and that philosophy aligns strongly with how we approach high performance at the Mavs. We’re also proud to partner on initiatives that help inspire young girls to see what’s possible for them both in sport and beyond.”
Klein Tools Head of Marketing, John Blore, said the partnership reflects the brand’s commitment to empowerment and opportunity.
“Klein Tools is proud to partner with the Melbourne Mavericks as a club that represents strength, skill and professionalism,” Blore said. “We believe in giving people the right tools to succeed, whether that’s on the court or in a career, and we’re passionate about encouraging more young women to consider opportunities in the electrical trades. This partnership allows us to support elite sport while also helping inspire the next generation.”
