Melbourne Mavericks receive a large number of requests each year for donations from various organisations, clubs, schools and charities. All donation requests must be made in writing at least four weeks prior to the event and will be required to complete a Donation Request Form. You must provide a cover letter with your company letterhead along with your Donation Request letter and send to community@melbournemavericks.com
We can't support:
- Applications without a letter of authority and company letterhead
- Requests for monetary donations or sponsorships
- Any Items to be autographed from outside organisations.
Successful applicants will be notified via email and it is preferred if donated items can be picked up from the Melbourne Mavericks office, located at either 111 Coventry Street, Southbank or Waverley Netball Centre. If collection is not possible, the cost of postage will be payable by the recipient, by sending a pre paid postbag to 111 Coventry Street, Southbank 3006.
